The NSW Commission for Children and Young People administers a scheme to help you find or become an accredited counsellor to work with people who sexually offend against children.

The Commission supports these counsellors by providing professional development workshops each year. These workshops are aimed at keeping counsellors up to date with new research findings and techniques to help with their work with people who sexually offend against children.

Workshop details are submitted to both the Australian Association of Social Workers and the Australian Psychological Society for accreditation for professional development points.
