Thanks for voting in our June KidsPoll about what things make you feel at home. We received 59 votes, and the results are below.

The vast majority of voters either agreed or strongly agreed that each ‘thing’ made them feel at home. There was not one clear proposition that stood out as the most important thing. The following are in order of total agreed and strongly agreed votes:

• Having space and things of my own (55 votes)
• Feeling safe (55 votes)
• Feeling loved and cared for (54 votes)
• Feeling that I belong (52 votes)
• Being with my family (51 votes)
• Having a house (46 votes)

• I believe the saying that 'home is where the heart is' so whereever i feel that my heart is comfortable and i really FEEL i'm at home, then its like home.
• i think everyone deserves to feel safe. You always need some bit of freedom
  Home can be anywhere, if you're in a stable environment surrounded by those who care, you'll always feel at home.
