The Working With Children Check website check.kids.nsw.gov.au was launched on 2 March 2010. In that time, thousands of users have visited the site to complete forms online, or print for later use. Also in that time, the Commission has delivered improvements to the site, based on user feedback.

Reminder: new laws for working with children come into force soon

The Minister for Youth, Peter Primrose, reminds employers that tougher measures around the Working With Children Check will soon be in force in NSW and new forms and guidelines are available on the Commission for Children and Young People’s website.
